The Fluke 725Ex Calibrator has been designed for use in Ex Hazardous Areas. These are areas where potentially flammable or explosive vapors may occur. These areas are referred to as hazardous (classified) locations in the United States, as Hazardous Locations in Canada, as Potentially Explosive Atmospheres in Europe and as Explosive Gas Atmospheres by most of the rest of the world.
The Model 725 Ex calibrator is designed as intrinsically safe. This means that connecting the 725Ex calibrator to equipment that is used within intrinsically safe circuits will not cause an ignition capable arc as long as the entity parameters are suitably matched.
The Fluke 725Ex Intrinsically Safe Multi-function Process Calibrator is powerful yet easy-to-use. Measure and source mA, volts, temperature (RTDs and thermocouples), frequency and ohms. Combined with one of the (8) Fluke-700PEx pressure modules, the 725Ex is able to calibrate almost any process instrument likely to need service in an area where explosive gasses may be present.
Do you need to calibrate transmitters? The Fluke 725Ex split display lets you view input and output values simultaneously. For valve and I/P tests, you can source mA while measuring pressure. The 725 Ex has auto-stepping and auto-ramping for remote testing, plus 25% stepping for fast linearity tests.
Includes: AC72 alligator clips, one set of stackable test leads, TL75 testleads, Fluke 725 Ex User manuals and NIST- traceable calibration report and data.
